Battle of the parties

In Lebanon, there are many parties you can find which are stuck in a non-stop battlefield. Party issues are now a part of the media. They are one unit. One party may mock the other party and the other party may attack another, and so on. Unfortunately, instead of saying or doing these actions directly, they do them indirectly. They do them indirectly by sending hidden messages via talk shows or any shows.

I am criticizing the media, or specific shows, because they cause damage either to a child or a grown-up. They may say bad words or do bad actions. These “childish” rude actions sneak into a person’s mind and manipulate him and therefore violence may take place. That person may change his mind based on probably wrong facts. That is my opinion. Maybe to others they may think the other way around.

The media, in my conclusion or opinion, is a deceiving manipulator. Why? Some shows present bad scenes and good scenes. Some shows show bad scenes for a good cause like “للنشر”. They show them to prove to the society that these are wrong doings that are going on in the country. Some kid may click on this channel or show and may sit down and watch it. He may tell his friend, and his friends may tell other friends and others, and so on. This is the life cycle of the media.

I’ll have to say that everybody will have to have boundaries, even the media. One may not agree with the others but they should keep their opinions to themselves.
